This is the Connect-owned runtime pod placeholder. The dashboard UI is delivered to the shared volume (UI_SRC_DIR) by the UI team's GitLab runner and served from here.

Live channels wired by the pod: Keycloak OIDC + Redis session, RabbitMQ → websocket, MySQL read pool, Node-RED comms.
